Shipping policy

Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday with the exception of US Holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

After submitting your order, if accepted, a confirmation page will be displayed and your order has been submitted. If your email confirmation does not arrive within 48 hours after you have placed your order, please contact us via e-mail for assistance. You may track your order by using your tracking number included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon OFF THE CUFF's delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
